Mondaytraining (Nov 27th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Strength training at Dragvoll from 18:45. We start running at 18 from the trainingcentre at Moholt. Remember studentcard!

Fuglemyra intervals (Nov 28th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

We run from TPM at 18:00. Around 4 minutes intervals. 60 seconds break, and you run as many intervals as you want.

Strength training (Nov 29th)

Meet at 07.45, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Strength training with the XC skiing group. We run the training this week. Start warm up at TPM 7:45, and start in sal 4 at 8:05.

Meet at 17.30, Lille-P

Indoor football at Dragvoll (Nov 30th)

Meet at 18.30, Dragvoll

Football at Dragvoll between 18:30 and 20:00. Usually there are someone running from TPM. Check on slack!

Leangen intervals (Dec 1st)

Meet at 16.15, Treningssenteret, Moholt

1000 meters intervals indoors on a track around an ice rink. We run from TPM at 16:15.

3000 m-test (Dec 1st)

Meet at 19.00,

3000 meter test in Ranheimshallen with STOK. Warm up starts at 19:00 and the test starts at 19:30.

Lørtek sprint (Dec 2nd)

Meet at 10.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt
