Mondaytraining (Dec 4th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Strength training at Dragvoll from 18:45. We start running at 18 from the trainingcentre at Moholt. Remember studentcard!

Intervals: Lerkendal-Estenstad (Dec 5th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

4-8*4 min hill intervals, from Lerkendal up towards Estenstadhytta. We run from the Training Center on Moholt at 18:00.

M-Tiger Nattrenn (Dec 6th)

Meet at 17.30, Lille-P

Strength training (Dec 6th)

Meet at 07.45, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Strength training with the XC skiing group. We run the training this week. Start warm up at TPM 7:45, and start in sal 4 at 8:05.

Indoor football at Dragvoll (Dec 7th)

Meet at 18.30, Dragvoll

Football at Dragvoll between 18:30 and 20:00. Usually there are someone running from TPM. Check on slack!

Leangen intervals (Dec 8th)

Meet at 16.15, Treningssenteret, Moholt

1000 meters intervals indoors on a track around an ice rink. We run from TPM at 16:15.

Lørtek sprint (Dec 9th)

Meet at 10.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt
