Mondaytraining (Dec 11th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Strength training at Dragvoll from 18:45. We start running at 18 from the trainingcentre at Moholt. Remember studentcard!

Blussuvoll long - intervals (Dec 12th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

We run together from TPM kl18 to Festningen. The interval is around 5 minutes uphill and 2 min down in the break. 4-8 intervals. Remember reflex!

M-Tiger Nattrenn (Dec 13th)

Meet at 17.30, Lille-P

Indoor football at Dragvoll (Dec 14th)

Meet at 18.30, Dragvoll

Football at Dragvoll between 18:30 and 20:00. Usually there are someone running from TPM. Check on slack!

Leangen intervals (Dec 15th)

Meet at 16.15, Treningssenteret, Moholt

1000 meters intervals indoors on a track around an ice rink. We run from TPM at 16:15.
