Training plan Week 02 🇳🇴

Mondaytraining (Jan 8th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Strength training at Dragvoll from 18:45. We start running at 18 from the trainingcentre at Moholt. Remember studentcard!

Intervals Lerkendal-Estenstad (Jan 9th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

We run together from TPM to Stavne Bru at 18:00, and start the intervals there. 4 minutes intervals towards Estenstadhytta, and 1 minute break.

Strength training (Jan 10th)

Meet at 07.45, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Strength training with the XC skiing group. We run the training this week. Start warm up at TPM 7:45, and start in sal 4 at 8:05.

Meet at 17.30, Lille-P

Indoor football at Dragvoll (Jan 11th)

Meet at 18.30, Dragvoll

Football at Dragvoll between 18:30 and 20:00. Usually there are someone running from TPM. Check on slack!

Leangen intervals (Jan 12th)

Meet at 16.15, Treningssenteret, Moholt

1000 meters intervals indoors on a track around an ice rink. We run from TPM at 16:15.
