Mondaytraining (Jan 29th)

Meet at 18.00, Grounden, Moholt

Strength training at Dragvoll from 18:45. We start running at 18 from the gym at Moholt (TPM). Remember student card!

Blussuvoll long - intervals (Jan 30th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

We run together at 18 o\'clock from TPM to Festningen. The interval is around 5 minutes uphill and 2 min down in the break. 4-8 intervals. Remember reflex!

Strength training (Jan 31st)

Meet at 07.45, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Strength training with the XC skiing group. Start warm up at TPM 7:45, and start in sal 4 at Gløshaugen at 8:05.

Meet at 17.30, Lille-P

Indoor football at Dragvoll (Feb 1st)

Meet at 18.30, Dragvoll

Football at Dragvoll between 18:30 and 20:00. Usually there are someone running from TPM. Check on slack!

Leangen intervals (Feb 2nd)

Meet at 16.30, Treningssenteret, Moholt

1000 meters intervals indoors on a track around an ice rink. We run from TPM at 16:30.
