Our board period has been incredibly active, and we are proud to present the highlights:
Over the past year, DION hosted and co-hosted a total of 49 events across all three NTNU campuses. We also assisted in 28 inquiries and 31 requests regarding event proposals for temporary scientific employees at NTNU. Moreover, we were able to fund 11 grants and gave 13 presentations across several faculties to make DION more visible and accessible to temporary scientific employees.
None of this would have been possible without your support. We deeply appreciate those who reached out to us, partnered with us, and participated in our events during our tenure. We hope that you had a fulfilling experience over the past year, just as we did, and that you benefited from our initiatives!
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is taking place next Tuesday, 18 April (The official meeting starts at 16.00, pizza and mingling from 15.45.)
At this meeting we are going to elect a new board, which will guide DION through the rest of the year 2023. All board positions are up for election. As a DION board member, you have a great opportunity to directly influence the working situation of temporary academic staff at NTNU, to work with faculty board representatives to make lives of our members even better. As a DION member you also meet many interesting new people from all over the university and build your organizational skills.

The form’s information will be posted on our webpage prior to the AGM. It is also possible to become a candidate during the AGM. All candidates will be able to present themselves at the AGM prior to voting (2 minutes presentation for board members; 3 minutes for vice president/president candidates).
