The continuous demands of progress as well as the temporary nature of your contract can be exhausting or stressfull. We know that many PhD candidates, post-docs and temporary scientific employees have physical and psychological stress symptoms during the course of their employment at NTNU. DION is actively working towards increase the support provided to those of you who find themselves in these situations. Services available at NTNU
NTNU’s Occupational Health Service is an independent health service situated at Kalvskinnet, which is free of charge for any employee. The Occupational Health Service can help you with psychological as well as physical health issues. The personnel in the Occupational Health Service have a duty of confidentiality. If you experience problems with stress or any other mental health problems related to you work, please contact:

- In Gjøvik: Employees can contact Stamina Helse AS for a session with medical practitioner, physiotherapist or nurse concerning occupational health issues. Contact information: Call 61 11 34 34 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In Ålesund: Employees can contact Stamina Helse AS for a session with medical practitioner, physiotherapist or nurse concerning occupational health issues. Contact information: Call 70 15 25 50 or email email@example.com
You can also get up to 10 session with therapist paid by NTNU if your problems are work-related. You can find more information about this service on Innsida.
