Yoga meditation with Fritidshus in Trondheim

This is a mental health awareness month event!

Together with Fritidshus, there will be 2 Yoga mediation session on November 15th & 22nd. Each event is ca 1.5h, and it starts with 45min yoga. We have 20-30 spots for each event, and the exact room will be sent out with confirmation email.

You are suggested to bring clothes suitable for yoga and water. In addition, you are also encouraged to bring your own yoga mat and a small blanket to keep warm during mediation (we do provide some but that might not be enough for all participants).
