Training during the seasons

Summer season

Vi are riding outside as long as possible and usually meet just outside the gym at Gløshaugen (Idrettsbygget Gløshaugen) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Depending on the number of people showing up, or pre-announced training on the facebook page, we decide on a loop. You can expect a duration between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. Bring tools, a tube and snacks!

Winter months

When the roads get icy and the night falls earlier in late October/ early November we start indoor trainings in out basement at Herman Kragsveg 37. All you need is to bring your bike and cycling cloths, we have a selection of turbo trainers and rollers.Workouts will be announced on our facebook page.

Riding outside during winter has become quite popular. We now meet for longer training rides when the conditions are alright.
