Do you need
someone to talk to?

Sometimes
life does not end up the way we
want or
the way we had planned.
This
can be distressing and often includes
painful
thoughts that drain all of your energy.
Maybe
you feel uneasy about the future,
or feel
a lack of some meaning in life.
Maybe
you have a broken relationship.
Being
away from your family and culture
can
also make you feel lonely and lost.
In
situations like these, it is often
a good
idea to talk to someone.
The
university chaplains at NTNU welcome
all
students who need counseling on social,
relational, existential or religious issues.
We
are part of the university’s welfare
program
and speak English.
In
short, we are someone, with whom you might
share
your faith or doubts and we are bound
to
observe professional secrecy.
The
university chaplains are ordained
ministers
in the Lutheran Church of Norway,
but our
work is open to students of all
denominations and faiths.
The university chaplains are
